Reference system Agri-Photovoltaics in the existing vineyard tracker system: software-controlled tracking of the modules according to the brightest point in the sky.

REFERENCE GEISENHEIM IN HESSE PROJECT 1
Planning, project management and installation of an APV photovoltaic system. East-west tracker with rain, snow and wind sensors on a steel substructure. Total generator output approx. 94 kWp.


Advantages:

Modules:

  • Approx. 550 semi-transparent glass-glass modules made in Germany, installed in an east-west direction, framed
  • Transparency > 50 %, increased permeability of the solar glass in the UV range for the plants
  • Monocrystalline solar cells with high efficiency
  • Nominal output per module approx. 170 WP

Substructure:

  • AgriPV Tracker - software-controlled tracking of the modules according to the brightest point in the sky
  • Row construction 2 x 23 modules long = 43 modules per tracker
  • Proof of stability through geotechnical expertise
  • Concrete free fixation through rammed profiles

Inverter:

  • Huawei SUN 2000 brand, with high maximum efficiency of approx. 98 %
  • Complete installation of the photovoltaic system with modules and inverters according to the layout plan
  • Turnkey installation of the system, including grid connection


REFERENCE GEISENHEIM IN HESSE PROJECT 2
Developing renewable, decentralized power generation (energy management) plus agricultural production to application maturity.

Technical details:

  • Vineyard heater with frost protection heating wires
  • Charging adapter for user customers in viticulture
  • 2 charging stations (wallboxes) for charging electric vehicles
  • Mobile, portable storage units with a capacity of approx. 40 kW and 11 kW

The storage units and the charging adapter are powered by the photovoltaic system.
