Our Sommerspritz syrup offers stylish, alcohol-free summer enjoyment. Juicy raspberries and floral hibiscus give every glass a refreshingly elegant touch.
The Sommerspritz Hibiscus-Raspberry syrup is the perfect refreshment on hot summer days. Sun-ripened raspberries and aromatic hibiscus flowers provide an intense fruitiness, while organic apple cider vinegar adds a pleasantly natural acidity.
The Sommerspritz is especially popular as an aperitif – classic with sparkling wine or alcohol-free with fizzy mineral water. This syrup also works beautifully as a versatile cocktail ingredient: particularly recommended is the combination with Lillet as a natural take on the popular “Lillet Wild Berry” aperitif, or alcohol-free in a fruity-floral twist on the Virgin Mojito.
Our Sommerspritz syrup contains no added flavors. Its vibrant red color and intense fruit notes come exclusively from raspberries and hibiscus flowers.
Thanks to careful production, the syrup has a shelf life of 3 years – ideal for both retail and the hospitality industry.
