The Green Sort sorter detects internal damage. Analyzes the fruit in the visible light spectrum while overexposing them in infrared in the NIR spectrum.
He examines the chemical composition of the fruit's skin and its interior, completely exposing the fruit. The applied method of artificial intelligence allows us to reject fruits that rot but look healthy. The implementation of numerous innovations, including a hybrid camera that simultaneously sees visible and infrared light, has significantly simplified the structure, which has resulted in a reduction in the price.
The sorting machine is available in 2 versions. The first for small farms with a capacity of up to approx. 400 kg / h, the second for large farms and blueberry traders, up to approx. 800 kg / h
