We have grown up with the development and production of mulching machines: since 1954, the name humus has stood for practical technology, reliability and continuous development. As pioneers, we developed one of the first mulching machines for fruit growing at an early stage and have consistently continued along this path.
The machines offered under the humus brand are now indispensable in fruit growing, viticulture, municipal use and forestry. The product range comprises over 100 models and covers a wide range of applications – with a focus on robustness, durability and cost-effectiveness.
For over 70 years, the name humus has been synonymous with competence and innovative strength. Research and development have traditionally been a high priority. Our products are continuously developed and consistently adapted to the requirements of our customers and the market.
Since 1 November 2025, humus has been part of the MULAG group. Like humus in the past, MULAG is also an owner-managed family business. Both brands share the same values: reliability, responsibility, quality awareness and a long-term orientation.
