Focus: Contract Manufacturing & Development Europlast Kunststoffbehälterindustrie GmbH was founded in 1995 and has been manufacturing at its Dellach im Drautal (Carinthia) site since 1997. As part of the JCOPLASTIC SpA group of companies with over 150 employees, we supply our plastic products to 28 European countries – for waste management, logistics, agriculture and industry.
Our product range extends from 10-litre sorting bins to battery collection boxes, food-safe harvest, vegetable and fruit boxes, large crates and pallet boxes, and recycling bins, which we produce in sizes ranging from 40 litres to 1,700 litres. The Europlast portfolio is complemented by high-quality plastic pallets and special solutions for logistics, recycling and warehousing.
Our machinery includes 15 high-performance injection moulding machines, including two of the most powerful in Austria (up to 4,500 t clamping force). We manufacture plastic parts weighing up to 100 kg – from logistics pallets and containers to special solutions such as hydrogen tank inliners made of polyamide with aluminium inserts.
We offer our customers all services from a single source: design, material selection, prototyping, toolmaking, series production and quality testing. Thanks to our own warehousing, FEM simulations and optimised processes, we can also implement short-term projects flexibly and on schedule.
Our solutions are used in the electrical industry, mechanical engineering, construction, refrigeration technology, agriculture and telecommunications. Innovative materials such as HDPE, state-of-the-art technology and our clear commitment to sustainability – CO₂-neutral with green electricity since 2019 – make us a strong partner.
Europlast has multiple certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, RAL, Blue Angel) and continuously invests in photovoltaics, digitalisation and marketing.
In short: Europlast stands for technical excellence, sustainability and partnership-based solutions – from the initial idea to the finished product.
