Asahi Chemical Europe s.r.o. (ACE) is a distribution company of OAT Agrio, importing its high-quality plant protection products and fertilizers from Japan to Europe. Asahi Agrio Deutschland GmbH (AAD) is a new ACE´s subsidiary for distribution of ATONIK in Germany (www.atonik.eu).
Asahi Chemical Europe, s. r. o. (ACE) was established in 2010 in Prague, Czech Republic as an European subsidiary of Japanese company Asahi Chemical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (ACM). In 2011 ACM and ACE were acquired by OAT Agrio with head office in Tokyo.
Since 2015 ACE became a distribution company of OAT Agrio and the sole importer of nitrophenolate-containing plant protection products (www.atonik.eu) and special foliar fertilizers from Japan to European markets.

Asahi Agrio Deutschland GmbH (AAD) is a newly founded ACE´s subsidiary based in Dresden. In 2026 AAD offers product ATONIK in Germany using the existing registration as a crop protection product and many years of practical experience and proof of performance from other European countries.
