The Bavarian Dattelzwetschge begins its triumph on the sales shelf in August: its extravagant shape and attractive yellow color with red dots promise a flavor experience of a special kind.
Shortly thereafter, Sigi® ripens – the yellow-red-violet Greengage with crisp flesh. The fruits, with sugar contents of more than 25 Brix, are a delicacy.
Resi® is the new Sharka-resistant and high-yielding blue plum in the ripening window of the 'Hauszwetschge' (classic European House Plum).
