As many of our customers already know, at VOEN we strive to focus on innovation – true to the motto “by growers, for growers”!
With this in mind, we have tried to make simple things even simpler in the winter protection sector and, for regions with a lot of sunshine or for crops that are more sensitive to shade (e.g., berries), to integrate winter protection film into the film system in a way that is tailored to the farm. The grey hibernation plastic is incorporated directly into the VOEN film as an integral part, which provides additional shade for the crop and makes it possible to simply store the film under the top cable and secure it with the profile hooks attached to the top cable.
The system is THE cost-effective solution – especially for berry crops – and can be flexibly combined with insect netting in the joining area or the VOEN Zip.
This simple system is complemented by our innovative AntiFrost VOEN, which reliably protects your crops from late frosts. Quick to light, it provides efficient frost protection with a burning time of approx. 6 hours and is more sustainable than many alternative fuels thanks to the combustion of natural wood pellets.
