Reference agrivoltaic system in an existing apple orchard in Kressbronn on Lake Constance, east-west elevation: Overbuilding of an existing 0.3 ha system.

REFERENCE KRESSBRONN ON LAKE CONSTANCE
First Agri-PV system in an existing apple orchard. Overbuilding of an existing 0.3 ha plant. One of five research projects of the "Model Region Agri-Photovoltaics for Baden-Württemberg". Extremely short construction phase, beginning of February to end of April 2022. Total generator output approx. 250 kWp.

  • Semi-transparent glass-glass module 170 W, country of origin Germany. 51 % light transparency, number of modules 555, power yield approx. 100 kWp

Substructure:

  • 2 x 2 x 1 module horizontal - mounting table, inclination approx. 10°
  • Distance from lower edge of module to floor approx. 3.50 m
  • Lateral cantilever overhang approx. 1.25 - 1.50 m (outer edge of module)
  • Ramming depths approx. 1.50 meters, with static calculation

Inverter:

  • Huawei SUN 2000 brand, with high maximum efficiency of approx. 98 %
  • Complete installation of the photovoltaic system with modules and inverters according to the layout plan
  • Turnkey installation of the system, including grid connection
