Product Highlight FRUCHTWELT BODENSEE 2026

LDS – Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron – will present LDiStill solution at the FRUCHTWELT BODENSEE trade fair

For the first time in Germany, LDS – Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron – will present its innovation, LDiStill, a vacuum distillation unit, honored at the Spirit Selection 2025.

Laboratoires Dujardin-Salleron
Noizay, France

With LDiStill, LDS supports its customers in their automated distillation unit projects by bringing together a wide range of expertise, including:

  • the engineering department (design, studies and methods),

  • manufacturing (mechanics, glassware, piping, electrotechnics),

  • automation (PLC, control software, process control).

By standardizing these different elements, LDS makes an innovative product development tool accessible to distilleries of all sizes.

This distillation unit has been designed to offer great versatility in the types of processes that can be carried out. A key aspect of the LDiStill design is traceability and data acquisition. Sensors have been installed at critical points to monitor and record, in real time, all the data required for process analysis, enabling repeatability and continuous process improvement.

Last year, LDiStill proved its performance on the international stage. The orange gin “Point Triple”, produced by La Fabrique Héritier Distillery (Montlouis-sur-Loire, France) and distilled using the LDiStill vacuum distillation unit developed in Noizay, was awarded a silver medal at the Spirit Selection 2025 by the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

LDS Team will be delighted to welcome you at our stand B2-360 and to discuss your distillation projects.
