Electric flow-through pasteurizer with preheating of the juice in the coaxial tube heat exchanger. You use available low-cost energy (e.g. from solar, heat pump, biogas, etc.) although the temperature level is not sufficient for pasteurisation.

Preheating:
- Coaxial tubular heat exchanger with thermal insulation (max. 60kW thermal)
- Mixing unit incl. circulation pump ensures a stable inlet temperature of the heating water
Electric flow-through pasteurizer:
- Electric heater 13.5 / 18 / 27 / 31.5 kW - 400 V
- Tank (stainless steel) 150 litres with thermal insulation with stainless steel tubular heat exchanger
- Automatic minimum temperature control (compressed air required)
- Stainless steel juice pump

Operating principle:
- Cold juice is preheated in the coaxial tubular heat exchanger
- Juice is reheated and pasteurised in the continuous electric pasteuriser
