Flow-Through Pasteurizer KOMBI

Advantages:

You use available low-cost energy (e.g. from solar, heat pump, biogas, etc.) although the temperature level is not sufficient for pasteurisation.
The rest of the temperature increase to pasteurisation level is done electrically (with less energy requirement).

The components:

Preheating: 

• Coaxial tubular heat exchanger with thermal insulation (max. 60kW thermal)
• Mixing unit incl. circulation pump ensures a stable inlet temperature of the heating water

Electric flow-through pasteurizer:

• Electric heater 13.5 / 18 / 27 / 31.5 kW - 400 V
• Tank (stainless steel) 150 litres with thermal insulation with stainless steel tubular heat exchanger
• Automatic minimum temperature control (compressed air required)
• Stainless steel juice pump
• Simple operation

Pasteuriser mounted on trolley

Total capacity up to 1100 litres per hour

Operating principle:

• Cold juice is preheated in the coaxial tubular heat exchanger
• Juice is reheated and pasteurised in the continuous electric pasteuriser
