The main advantage of the carbonator lies in its particularly gentle carbonation process. This preserves and enhances the bouquet and aromas, resulting in a noticeable improvement in quality and added value for your products.

Technical Features

The device is made entirely of stainless steel, with fittings made of brass.

The carbonator is designed as standard for 0.75 L sparkling wine bottles with a 29 mm neck finish.
It is suitable for use with glass bottles with a maximum capacity of 1 liter and a pressure resistance of at least 6 bar.

Application

The pre-filled bottles are carbonated individually or in pairs using carbon dioxide from a pressure cylinder. This allows a wide variety of beverages to be carbonated in a targeted and controlled manner with an appropriate level of carbonation.

For optimal and effective carbonation, the liquid should be pre-cooled to approximately 4 °C.
