ILP - 4200 (Ink-Jet-Labelprinter)

The large ink cartridges mean that even larger print volumes can be handled. The free-form sensor enables printing on numerous label formats.

FAST AND AUTOMATIC LABEL SETUP.

The latest generation of the ILP automatically feeds the labels when they are applied and calculates the label dimensions all by itself thanks to innovative sensor technology. You're ready to go right out of the box, with no manual setup or input of label dimensions. The ILP supports all media types from die-cut (gap) to Z-fold and can accurately detect a wide range of label sizes, materials and shapes thanks to adjustable sensors - even different labels on the same roll.

THREE SPECIAL INKS FOR ALL REQUIREMENTS AND LABEL MATERIALS.

Different requirements and label materials from matte paper to high gloss polyethylene require different ink types for smear-free results in good quality. For the first time, we have developed 3 ink types for the ILP-4200: Dye, Pigment, NanoBlack.

The ILP-4200 can be easily and intuitively operated and controlled via the new ILP hub. You will find all information from ink level to IP address in a clearly arranged application. In addition, all functions of the printer can be easily controlled: from label setup to margin settings.
