As an uncomplicated and natural snack, apple chips are ideal for on the go and in between. For the production we only use apples from controlled and integrated cultivation. 1 kg fresh apples yield 100g apple chips. Sliced and cored apples are dried on trays. After about eight hours, the fructose crystallizes out. The flavors and aromas are completely retained. Additives for taste and shelf life are superfluous. In the new 100g packaging, the apple chips retain their full crispiness.
