Friedrichshafen – “In the end, that which belongs together comes together.” This proverb sums up the current developments in regard to Fruchtwelt Bodensee: The former sister trade fair “agrarwelt” is being thematically integrated into Fruchtwelt Bodensee. “The two exhibitions have strengthened their association more and more in recent years, so that both sides will benefit from the merger,” says Messe CEO Klaus Wellmann.
Project manager Petra Rathgeber is also sure of one thing: “Both fairs will come out of the merger stronger than they were before.” The area of agricultural technology will continue to be represented at the Fruchtwelt Bodensee as an integral component under the new subtitle “International Trade Fair for Commercial Fruit Growing, Distillation, and Agricultural Technology.” As usual, the trade fair meets not only the taste of farmers but also that of fruit growers with a wide range of topics, ranging from the world market for fruit and agricultural products to the ingenuity of the industry to the presentation of new apple varieties. The professional highlight is the Lake Constance Fruit Cultivation Days with a program of lectures on current topics.
The next meeting point for fruit growers and farmers at the Fruchtwelt Bodensee will be in Friedrichshafen from February 19 to 21, 2016. For more information, visit: www.fruchtwelt-bodensee.de.
